Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and prepare premium hookah stations at event venues
  • Manage coal heating, placement, and rotation for optimal smoke quality
  • Consult with guests on flavour selections and create custom mixes
  • Maintain 5-10 active hookahs simultaneously during peak service
  • Ensure proper hygiene with individual mouthpieces and clean equipment
  • Monitor hookah performance and make adjustments for smooth draws
  • Handle hookah breakdown, cleaning, and packing after events
  • Maintain inventory of flavours, coals, foils, and accessories
