Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom cocktail menus tailored to each event theme and client preferences
  • Prepare and serve premium cocktails with impeccable presentation and garnish artistry
  • Conduct client consultations and tasting sessions for menu finalization
  • Source and recommend premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and unique garnishes
  • Maintain speed and consistency while serving 200+ guests at large-scale events
  • Train junior bartenders on cocktail techniques and presentation standards
  • Stay updated with global cocktail trends and incorporate innovations into menus
