Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior hookah staff with event setup and preparation
  • Prepare and heat coals using proper safety equipment
  • Organize flavour inventory and prepare mixing stations
  • Deliver prepared hookahs to guest tables and collect used ones
  • Clean and maintain hookah equipment between uses
  • Learn flavour profiles and basic mixing techniques from mentors
  • Assist with post-event breakdown, cleaning, and packing
  • Maintain cleanliness of the hookah service area throughout events
