  • Exclusivity: We accept a limited number of luxury bookings per month. Early booking is recommended, especially for peak season (October–February). Confirmed dates require a 50% advance.
  • Privacy & NDA: NDA coverage is available for all Ultra-Premium bookings and upon request for other tiers. All staff undergo background verification. Zero-photography and zero-social-media policies are strictly enforced.
  • Venue Requirements: Luxury bar setup requires adequate space (minimum 10×8 ft for single station), stable power supply, and sheltered area. Crystal glassware and premium equipment are handled with utmost care; damages during the event remain the client's responsibility.
  • Cancellation: Cancellations made 15+ days before the event receive a 75% refund. Within 7–14 days, 50% refund. Within 7 days, no refund. Date changes are accommodated subject to availability at no extra charge.
