The pricing reflects this premium commitment and ensures you get our absolute best service on the biggest night of the year.

Our NYE midnight package includes a nitrogen champagne tower reveal at 12 AM, countdown cocktail sequence (one new molecular drink unveiled per hour from 9 PM), gold-themed molecular cocktails throughout, sparkler garnishes on all drinks, smoke globe service, LED "Happy New Year" signage, and a complimentary midnight champagne toast for all guests. Starting from 9 PM, we unveil a new signature molecular cocktail every hour. For the midnight champagne tower, we'll specify exactly how many bottles are needed.

We understand NYE guest lists fluctuate! You can adjust your guest count up to 1 week before the event for upgrades (moving to a larger package) at no penalty. Downgrades within 2 weeks of NYE may not be possible as we've already allocated staff and resources. We recommend booking for your expected maximum and we'll adjust mixers and supplies accordingly.

Yes! Our molecular magic works equally well with mocktails. We offer complete non-alcoholic NYE packages with nitrogen fog mocktails, sparkler garnishes, color-changing virgin drinks, and a midnight sparkling cider tower. Perfect for family celebrations, corporate events with no-alcohol policies, or mixed gatherings. The visual spectacle is identical — only the alcohol is absent.

Given the extreme demand for NYE, our cancellation policy is stricter than regular events. Cancellations 3+ weeks before: 50% refund. Cancellations 1–3 weeks before: 25% refund. Cancellations within 1 week: no refund (as we've turned away other clients and allocated resources). We recommend confirming your venue before booking to avoid cancellation scenarios. Date transfers to other events within 3 months are possible.
