Espresso Martini Recipe

A rich, velvety cocktail that combines the boldness of espresso with smooth vodka and sweet coffee liqueur — the ultimate after-dinner pick-me-up.

Ingredients

  • 45ml Vodka
  • 30ml Coffee Liqueur (Kahlúa)
  • 30ml Freshly Brewed Espresso
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew a fresh shot of espresso and allow it to cool slightly for 30 seconds.
  2. Add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the shaker feels ice cold and a frothy layer forms.
  4. Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
  5. Garnish with three coffee beans on the foam.
